During the course you won't have to stick to strict diets, upload pictures with your results if you don't want to, and listen to conventional wisdom. You won’t have to force yourself, and we won’t tell you that you MUST do something all the time.
You will learn to feel your body, and control your desires and motivation with pleasure!

How does the Course Go?

The Course is Online.
The training takes place in closed groups.
Every day you will have a new video lesson and homework that has to be done to reach the result.
During the Course you will be assisted by fitness trainer, a nutritionist, counselor psychologist, and Elena Kalen herself.
It will only take you 20 minutes a day to watch the video lesson and make a homework, and you decide the time for this. Every lesson of the Course has a special task that is needed to be done to get excellent results in just 7 days.
You do not need to spend money on a gym membership, special weight loss products, or diet pills that can threaten your health. All you need is a device connected to the Internet, most likely you already have one.
